U.S. District Courts: Video Explains Sentencing Commission, Drug Penalty Reforms

LadyJustice20ColorU.S. District Courts:  A newly released U.S. Courts video provides an inside look at the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and how it proposed reforms to the drug sentencing guidelines in 2014.

The proposal, approved by Congress, will reduce prison time for many federal drug offenders.
