John Oliver is correct when he says that Britain isn’t in full-throttle panic like America media has portrayed the English.

“Under siege” and “reeling” are worked into headlines by newsroom editors to hype up stories when the sensationalism isn’t supported by the facts. It is a gimmick to sell more newspapers or pump up the ratings — plain and simple.

The British stiff upper lip and mantra — Keep Calm and Carry On — is best epitomized by the guy clutching the pint right after the attacks.

The British were mercilessly bombed in World War II and the British Bulldog Winston Churchill emphasized tenacity and resilience.

If this terrorist attack would have happened in America, the media would be interviewing bar and restaurant owners along with police asking if they plan to beef up security.

The headline would read: American Bars and Restaurants are Vulnerable to Terrorist Attacks.
America’s are terrified by scary clowns, killer African bees, flesh-eating viruses, sharks gone wild along the coasts, Muslim refugees, a Mexican invasion, West Nile virus, etc….

I have more respect for the racists wearing the white sheets than those wearing the suits and ties, pimping themselves off as Christians, flashing the three-dollar smiles and trying to articulate their bigotry.
At least the ones with the white sheets are honest about who they are and what they traffic in.

Huckabee Sanders is apparently also desperate to exchange her integrity and self-respect for a prestigious job title and a fat paycheck.

She is probably hoping to land a job at Fox News as a “consultant” or talk show host.

But what does anyone expect from the daughter of Mike Huckabee.

He is pals with Ted Nugent who threatened Obama by saying that the president should “suck on my machine gun,” called for Hillary Clinton to be “hanged,” bragged about having sex with underage females, boasted that he is a Vietnam draft dodger.

Nonetheless, Trump invited scumbag Nugent to the White House.

Trump’s popularity poll numbers today are in the mid-30s. The FBI and Mueller investigations are about to nail this con man liar, which makes him desperate and dangerous man.
