CALIFORNIA AND 15 OTHER STATES ARE SUING TRUMP
I’m proud to live in California. This is why:
California sued the Trump administration today over the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals or DACA.
Fifteen other states, including New York and Washington, filed similar legal challenges.
California Atty. Gen. Xavier Becerra said he decided to file a separate suit because the state and its economy will be especially harmed by the president’s action because it is home to a quarter of the 800,000 people in the DACA program, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Becerra’s lawsuit says the DACA program approved by former President Obama is legal and that its repeal violates due process rights and will hurt the state’s economy.
The lawsuit was criticized Monday by Robin Hvidston, who heads a California group seeking tougher enforcement of immigration laws.
“It’s misguided and premature and a misuse of tax dollars,” said Hvidston, executive director of the Claremont-based group We the People Rising.
She noted that President Trump delayed repeal of the program for six months to give Congress a chance to address the issue and that several Republican-led states have sued to end the DACA program.
Apparently, Hvidston wants DACA immigrants to believe Trump who lies as easily as he breaths and can’t be trusted.
Meanwhile, don’t be surprised if Trump’s shoe shine boy at DOJ, Jeff Sessions, will use the information that these kids provided to federal authorities under DACA to track them down.

It is not beyond this scourge called Trump, his poodle Mike Pence and shoeshine boy Sessions to send jackbooted thugs to bust down doors and arrest people.
I strongly suggest that these DACA immigrants hire attorneys. But most importantly, buy cameras and secretly set them up inside and outside the house.
Violating constitutional rights can get cases thrown out of court and land people in jail for abuse and brutality.
Also loading all these video images up on Youtube to show the nation and the world what the GOP’s standard bearer, Trump, is capable of doing.
People who say they can’t afford buy cameras to protect themselves are making big mistakes.
The video recorded by cameras can be used as evidence in court.
TRUMP’S TRAVEL BAN REJECTED BY FEDERAL APPEALS COURT
The Trump administration seems to make all its decisions on a travel ban and building a wall on the southern border using a Sherwin Williams skin pigmentation color chart.
The federal courts in their own legalese way are simply pointing to the obvious, stating what most people figured out months ago:
It is neatly packaged racism.
