Pulling the Plug on a Pedophile
Politico reported Tuesday that the Republican National Committee is pulling out of a joint fundraising agreement with GOP Senate candidate.
Moore, who is running in the Dec. 12 special election to fill Alabama’s open U.S. Senate seat, has been accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women who say he preyed on them when he was in his 30s and they were teenagers.
Moore has denied the allegations and vowed to stay in the race.
I wonder if he’ll get the Russian allies involved in this one.
Trumptanic is Leaking Badly
Trumpism took a beating at the polls this month.
CNN immediately assembled its panels of experts, talking heads, phrenologists, prophets and other clairvoyants to analyze what went on inside voters’ heads as ballots were cast in Virginia and New Jersey.
What did it all mean?
It means that the Trumptanic is slowly sinking by way of a thousand leaks, most caused by the Mueller iceberg, and that the political life preservers are quietly being passed out by people who are obsessively enamored with a political party because addictions to power and congressional perks are hard to break.
It also means that it is going to be more difficult for Trump and the Republicans to go behind closed doors and thick walls to concoct makeshift legislation such as tax and health-care reforms.
Polls indicate that Americans are more concerned with health-care coverage than Trump bringing the world to the brink of nuclear war with North Korea with his Twitter account.
Who is going to pay for the medical bills? Not, did Kim Jung Un respond to Trump’s latest tweet as the 7th fleet stands by offshore?
The election results in Virginia and New Jersey along with Maine voters’ decision to expand Medicaid under Obamacare sent a clear message that sane Americans have had enough of the GOP and its standard bearer, Donald J. Trump.
The expansion of Obamacare in Maine packed a wallop because it underscored what matters most to Americans.
And in the case of health-care reform, it will become nearly impossible to take another desperate but futile swing at the Obamacare pinata by proposing, a simplistic and pretend health-care bill that offers neither health nor care.
If it is done, it all comes with a warning that doing so will mean that the GOP will be committing nothing short of political suicide. But so far, everything they’ve done has been self-inflicted.
Alabama’s Religious Right Sticking With Moore
More than 50 Alabama pastors are publicly supporting Roy Moore who has been accused of hanging out at malls, high school football stadiums to try and pick up children to sexually abuse.
“For decades, Roy Moore has been an immovable rock in the culture wars ― a bold defender of the ‘little guy,’ a just judge to those who came before his court, a warrior for the unborn child, defender of the sanctity of marriage, and a champion for religious liberty,” the pastors wrote. Their letter was posted on the Facebook page of Kayla Moore, the candidate’s wife, on Sunday and published Monday on Alabama news site AL.com.
I bet many pastors who signed this letter are having second thoughts about endorsing this pedophile after a tearful Beverly Young Nelson told her story in front of the media. Young Nelson’s story this week is compelling.
Little did Moore realize decades ago that he was going to help dig his own political grave when he signed Young Nelson’s High School Yearbook.
But many Alabama’s residents are still sticking to their beloved pedophile. Alabama is the only state where the average IQ matches the age of consent.
The Republicans realize that Moore is toxic and are concerned that his mug might end up in political ads next year linking Moore to the party of Lincoln, Reagan, and Roosevelt.
Flynn Will Flip
Robert Mueller and his team are wrapping yellow crime scene tape around the White House for the holidays and are closer to flipping Michael Flynn.
Flynn is going to reveal where the Trump Organized Crime Family buried the bodies and connect the loose ends involving Trump, Moscow and Putin.
Flynn will be like the Who’s Who of Russians that were making contacts and doing shady deals Trump and his crew.
Reuters recently reported that Special Counsel Robert Mueller gathered enough evidence to charge Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser, and his son, with a list of crimes such as money laundering and lying to federal agents.
Also Mueller’s investigation is looking into Flynn’s role in a sinister plot to remove a cleric opponent of the Turkish president from the United States in exchange for millions of dollars, according to Reuters.
Flynn who has indicated through lawyers earlier this year that he wants to come clean to the feds. He wants to save his and his son’s asses from a long prison sentence.
But I believe Flynn is still holding on to the hope that his former boss, Donald Trump, will pardon him and the usual suspects involved with a batch of crimes with Russians and others.
I suspect that Trump, who is a dark and devious conman, will try to contact Flynn or his lawyer, if he hasn’t already done so to offer a pardon if Flynn keeps his mouth shut. The feds will be monitoring that situation to make a strong case, even stronger, against Flynn and pile more evidence against Trump.
Trump, reports indicate, is becoming increasingly desperate in keep all his nefarious secrets from seeing the light of day, especially the origin of his loans since many American banks are very hesitant in lending Trump money. They caught on to his financial cons long ago.
In desperation, Trump will run to his pal Hannity and others at Fox to drum up lies and conspiracy theories to cook up against and use to fire Mueller. Sadly, the Republican Congress will do nothing.
This is could become a very dangerous Constitutional crisis if Trump tries to tamper with Mueller’s investigation.
Meanwhile, follow the money and keep an eye on the usual suspects.
