This is a useful education tool — a 2017 Youtube video of activists doing a First Amendment audit of an FBI Building by photographing it from a public sidewalk. FBI agent walks out, tries to intimidate and harass them. Demands IDs. They refuse. Called are called. Two show up and demand IDs. They refuse because they have not been charged with a crime and are filming on a public right-of-way. They refuse to answer questions. They only ID themselves as journalists working on a story. Cop supervisor shows up and immediately arrests them for disorderly conduct because FBI agent complained to police. They never were impolite or disrespectful during the video recording. They go to jail, and a call is made by cops to a State Attorney to find out what they can do.
There is a surprise ending. It is funny too.
