JUST SAYING

BY RAUL HERNANDEZ

There is no such thing as a good cop as long as they stand around while bad cops violate the law and misuse their power.

All these thugs in the video should not be working in any police department.

In this body-camera video, police body cameras show how cops stalked and illegally detain this man for jaywalking.  Initially, the man was stopped when police got a call that someone was climbing over the wall.  He was walking alongside the police department wall where vehicles are parked on the other side of the wall. The wall is adjacent to a busy highway.  But there was no evidence that this man or anyone else climbed over the wall.

Still, police demand ID.  The man refuses. They let him walk away, and he curses at them as he leaves.  Patrol cars begin stalking this man.
