The Moore v. Harper case is about allowing bigots and Trump supporters to get closer to their vision of setting up a White Nationalist government with extreme right-wing agendas in the United States.
State legislatures would have the sole power to draw congressional district maps and set election laws. This law sounds like it came from the pen of a South American despot trying to figure out how to stay in power forever without a Constitution.
But his white-only language and its underlying, dark goal didn’t stop the Trifecta of Corruption — Clarence, Alito, and Gorsuch — from voting against it. These three Robed Rats who take bribes and generous gifts from billionaires lack the integrity and moral clarity to voice opinions.
I wonder how Ginni Thomas weighed in on this law, but Ginni and Clarance always vote for the straight MAGA ticket to justify the January 6th resurrection.
Clarence Thomas was the only justice to dissent when the Supreme Court rejected Trump’s bid to withhold White House documents related to the January 6th attack on the Capitol. This was an 8-1 decision.
Clarence is a self-loathing apologist who, like Alito and Gorsuch, decided that don’t have a problem continuing the Jim Crow agenda of Trump’s Republican/MAGA Party.
