According to KCAR 3 News, an inmate and known member of a Mexican gang at California State Prison, Sacramento, died after prison officials said two other inmates stabbed him this week.
A release from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said that 59-year-old Michael Torres was attacked at 9:23 a.m. by Juan and Ray Martinez.
Torres was taken to an outside medical facility and died about an hour later.
