The Securities and Exchange Commission allegedly charged BF Borgers, an independent accounting firm for Trump Media & Technology Group, with widespread fraud and running a “sham audit mill,” according to CNN.
The SEC made no allegation of wrongdoing against Truth Social owner Trump Media (DJT), which is not mentioned in the regulator’s charges.
