Federal Appeals Court Affirms Labor Department’s Ability To Set Fair Wages for Foreign Guest Workers, Protects U.S. Workers

A federal appeals court’s ruling this week may lead to higher wages for foreign guest workers and will help prevent employers from undercutting U.S. workers by paying lower wages to foreign laborers, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
