Trump and Musk Keep Spouting Bogus Numbers to Hide Their Real Agenda — New Republic |
JUST SAYING
BY RAUL HERNANDEZ
Elon Musk: the world’s richest crybaby, masquerading as a visionary while throwing tantrums like an overgrown toddler with too much money and not enough self-awareness. A so-called “leader” who couldn’t inspire loyalty if his life depended on it—unless, of course, that loyalty is fueled by fear, sycophancy, or stock options.
This self-proclaimed genius loves to parade around as an “engineer,” despite never actually inventing anything himself. Oh sure, he bankrolls real talent, then slaps his name on their work as if he personally toiled away in a lab. It’s an impressive skill—if you consider taking credit for others’ brilliance a skill.
Socially? A trainwreck. The man couldn’t navigate a basic conversation without flashing his wealth like a desperate loser trying to buy friends. His idea of charm? Insulting people on social media, making crude jokes, and pretending to be some kind of misunderstood savant. Spoiler: He’s just a rich dude with a mean streak and the emotional maturity of a middle school bully.
But here’s the real kicker: Musk loves making people suffer. Not because he has to but because he can.
Whether it’s treating workers like disposable cogs, gutting companies out of spite, or playing puppet master with people’s livelihoods, he seems to get an odd thrill from inflicting misery. His personal motto? “Because I can.” And with a bank account that lets him get away with it, why wouldn’t he?
A leader? Please.
He’s a joke — with a fat wallet.
