These are some key facts not being reported in corporate media about what led up to all this talk of launching a nuclear missile.
Donald Trump’s 2018 decision to ditch the Iran nuclear deal wasn’t just reckless—it was geopolitical arson. The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), brokered by the U.S., EU, Russia, China, and Iran, had one job: keep Iran’s nuclear ambitions in check. It was working.
Trump unilaterally pulled the U.S. out, calling the JCPOA a “disaster,” despite every major U.S. ally urging him to stay the course. In return, he slapped Iran with brutal sanctions and kickstarted his so-called “maximum pressure” campaign—a campaign that produced maximum chaos.
This is what resulted:
Iran resumed enriching uranium beyond JCPOA limits, edging closer to weapons-grade levels.
Trump’s assassination of General Qassem Soleimani in 2020 nearly ignited a regional war.
Iran’s proxies—Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis—revved up attacks on Israel and U.S. forces.
Meanwhile, European allies were left watching U.S. diplomacy implode in real-time.
Trump is a lunatic who is going to start a war in the Middle East with the help of Netanyahu and state-propaganda TV, Fox “News.”
