Wright is charged with wire fraud and has agreed to plead guilty, facing up to 20 years in prison.

False invoices for work never performed.

Bogus documents to hide the insider’s role and financial stake.

Total losses to the Navy: $9,128,515.

Investigators: Defense Criminal Investigative Service and Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
