A federal grand jury in California indicted Tony Christopher Long, 19, of Porterville—also known online as Inactive, Inactivee0, and inactivecvx—on six counts: two for animal crushing, one for sexual exploitation of a minor, one for possessing child exploitation material, one for cyberstalking, and one for making an interstate threat.
He remains in state custody on related charges.
Authorities say Long was part of “764,” a network of Nihilistic Violent Extremists (NVEs) who glorify cruelty and chaos. The indictment accuses him of abusing animals, exploiting minors, and issuing violent online threats.
Court filings allege Long engaged in animal torture, sexually exploited a minor in Washington state, and stalked and threatened a California teen online.
If convicted, he faces:
-
Up to 7 years per animal-crushing count
-
15 to 30 years minimum for sexual exploitation of a minor
-
Up to 10 years for possession of child exploitation material
-
Up to 20 years for cyberstalking
-
Up to 2 years for interstate threats
Each count also carries a $250,000 fine.
The case is being investigated by the FBI and the Porterville Police Department.
