Election Fraud Charges Coming For California, Trump DOJ Appointee Says As He Pleads For Evidence — Huffington Post

JUST SAYING
BY RAUL HERNANDEZ

Los Angeles Federal Prosecutor Bill Essayli says election fraud charges are coming for Californians in “one to two months.” He’s just lacking one crucial thing: Evidence of wrongdoing, according to the Huffington Post.
Essayli’s remarks have just given federal judges and the State Bar the rope they need to potentially suspend or revoke his law license.
His public statements and actions sound less like those of a seasoned attorney and more like a first-year law student who missed crucial lectures on Constitutional Law, or perhaps a high school student who was absent during government class.
The media has a responsibility to investigate this clown. They should comb through the criminal and civil cases at the Central District of California where Essayli has left his fingerprints. There is likely a pattern of using federal court resources and taxpayer money to do the bidding of a political patron, targeting the patron’s enemies—both real and imagined.
A private citizens’ group or an independent media outlet like ProPublica or Media Matters should launch a thorough investigation. Their goal should be to identify cases filed by Essayli that appear to be meritless, vindictive, or retaliatory in nature.
If a direct connection to Donald Trump can be established, it could even open the door to subpoenaing the president to testify about his role in these illegal actions.
If and when his license is suspended, Essayli will have to worry about how to manage his student loan payments without the ability to practice law.
