It is about time Democrats start being more vocal and passionate and LOUD to when they come out of the starting gate and announce they are running for office.What’s the saying? Act like you belong there.
Talarico is by far the best candidate to come out of Texas in a while and yet, he is running neck and neck against a Republican demon masquerading as a political angel of light — endorsed by an orange being who gives the devil competition in lying.
Talarico should be up by 15 points at least.
Paxton is running on we (The Republicans) will fix the Lone Star State’s problems after dozens of years at the helm while pillaging and plundering the state.
Talarico’s speech is excellent. He must have fired the same PR people the Democrats nationwide hire each election year — same BS: “I will fight for you.” “I will make sure your voice is heard.” or “My pledge is to work hard…etc.”Then, there is the classic: “When they go low, we go high.”
Please, STFU with all that.
Please bring a torch to a gunfight with nefarious, lying, loud-mouth characters after growing a pair or even as Teddy said: “Speak softly and carry a big stick.”
May I add: Pack a big pair of lungs and bombard them with facts instead of cookie-cutter garbage.
Talarico’s speech is powerful, simple, inspiring, passionate and void of regurgitated mealy mouth BS.
If Paxton, a corrupt inbred with the moral scruples of a sewer rat, wins this election, then Texas education system is badly broken or the Lone Star State has millions of morally bankrupt wonders.
Put the Democrat Leaders and Deadwood in Congress Out of Office
In D.C, the two Democratic clowns that need to step down are Jeffries and Schumer
Jeffries loves to run to mics and do his best impersonation of Barack Obama with the neatly placed pauses and waving hands because he thinks that will endear him to voters.
Jeffries recently said he met with Trump’s son-in-law and fellow grifter/scavenger/envoy to talk about “housing” is an insult to the intelligence of most people. Jeffries is doing this on the taxpayers’ dime.
Meanwhile, he is quiet as cemetery mouse until he spots a camera.
Chuck “I wrote a sternly worded letter” Schumer is useless gasbag, career politician who also loves to trot out when he sees media cameras.
Both Jeffries and Schumer love AIPAC money from Netanyahu-hugging American billionaires. Campaign money used to fuel wars and genocides.
How about new blood at leadership positions: Jamie Raskin as Speaker of the House, AOC or Ayanna Pressley? Or, bring out that old and very vocal Frankenstein – Bernie Sanders — who Democrats faithfully love to use as props during elections and quietly shelf afterwards.
