A federal judge today sentenced a former owner of two New Jersey defense contracting businesses to four years and nine months in prison for sending sensitive military data to India, officials announced.
Hannah Robert used her church’s computer to send India technical drawings that included parts in the torpedo systems for nuclear submarines, military attack helicopters and the F-15 fighter aircraft. She volunteered at her church as a web administrator. The church had no knowledge of that she was sending military blueprints to India.
