LOUIS, MISSOURI<\/strong>\u2014\u00a0<strong>Olajuwon Davis<\/strong> and <strong>Brandon Orlando Baldwin<\/strong> were indicted on charges involving the conspiracy to maliciously damage and destroy, by means of explosives, a building, vehicle and other property related to the Ferguson protests and the illegal purchase of firearms at a local <strong>Cabela\u2019s store,<\/strong> officials announced Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged plans were also to kill the prosecutor involved with the Ferguson-Darren Wilson case, according to officials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe arrests last November of these two defendants, who are members of the St. Louis Chapter of the New Black Panther Party, prevented their alleged plot to carry out violent acts during the protests in Ferguson,\u201d said <strong>Special Agent in Charge William P. Woods of the FBI St. Louis Division.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><object id=\"flashObj\" width=\"640\" height=\"390\" classid=\"clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000\" codebase=\"http:\/\/download.macromedia.com\/pub\/shockwave\/cabs\/flash\/swflash.cab#version=9,0,47,0\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/c.brightcove.com\/services\/viewer\/federated_f9?isSlim=1\" \/><param name=\"bgcolor\" value=\"#FFFFFF\" \/><param name=\"flashVars\" value=\"videoId=4150596645001&amp;playerID=2733779351001&amp;playerKey=AQ~~,AAAACC1laJk~,tMO2d6O4midXPA-DDq5D0_iXG6B342R8&amp;domain=embed&amp;dynamicStreaming=true\" \/><param name=\"base\" value=\"http:\/\/admin.brightcove.com\" \/><param name=\"seamlesstabbing\" value=\"false\" \/><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"swLiveConnect\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowScriptAccess\" value=\"always\" \/><embed src=\"http:\/\/c.brightcove.com\/services\/viewer\/federated_f9?isSlim=1\" bgcolor=\"#FFFFFF\" flashvars=\"videoId=4150596645001&amp;playerID=2733779351001&amp;playerKey=AQ~~,AAAACC1laJk~,tMO2d6O4midXPA-DDq5D0_iXG6B342R8&amp;domain=embed&amp;dynamicStreaming=true\" base=\"http:\/\/admin.brightcove.com\" name=\"flashObj\" width=\"640\" height=\"390\" seamlesstabbing=\"false\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" swliveconnect=\"true\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" pluginspage=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/shockwave\/download\/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to the indictment, these are the allegations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Between September 2014 and November 21, 2014, Davis and Baldwin conspired to obtain what they believed were explosives or bombs.<\/li>\n<li>On November 8, 2014, Baldwin stated that he wanted multiple bombs to use against people, buildings, vehicles and property.<\/li>\n<li>On November 12, 2014, both Davis and Baldwin viewed a recording of the detonation of an explosive or bomb.<\/li>\n<li>On November 18, 2014 Davis paid a deposit and agreed to purchase what he believed were three explosives or bombs. Days later, Davis and Baldwin traveled to a location where Davis took possession of items he believed were explosives or bombs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both men were then arrested and have been in custody since that time.<\/p>\n<p>The two\u00a0\u00a0were originally indicted in November on one felony count of making false written statements in connection with a firearms purchase.
