{"id":10998,"date":"2015-04-10T16:19:38","date_gmt":"2015-04-10T23:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/?p=10998"},"modified":"2015-04-10T16:19:38","modified_gmt":"2015-04-10T23:19:38","slug":"man-who-gave-child-porno-to-undercover-fbi-agent-pleads-guilty-to-distributing-pornography","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/?p=10998","title":{"rendered":"Man Who Gave Child Porno to Undercover FBI Agent Pleads Guilty to Distributing Pornography"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/courtroom_02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-8558\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/courtroom_02-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"courtroom_02\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>PITTSBURGH<\/strong>\u2014A Butler County resident who gave child porno to an undercover FBI agent plead guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography, federal prosecutors announced Thursday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justin Ellenberger<\/strong>, 26, of Butler, Pa., pleaded guilty on April 8 to one count before <strong>U.S. District Judge Cathy Bissoon<\/strong>, according to authorities.<\/p>\n<p>On March 10, 2014, Ellenberger gave the FBI agent\u00a019 photographs and a video contained in computer graphics files which depicted minors, some under the age of 12 years, engaging in sexually explicit conduct.<\/p>\n<p>A search warrant later executed at Ellenberger\u2019s residence resulted in the seizure of two computers and an external hard drive, in which thousands of still images and videos had been stored by Ellenberger, according to officials.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Bissoon scheduled sentencing for July 29.<\/p>\n<p>Ellenberger is facing from five years to 20 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p>Pending sentencing, the court released Ellenberger on a bond which requires, among other things, that he be confined to his home and that he not have access to minor children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PITTSBURGH\u2014A Butler County resident who gave child porno to an undercover FBI agent plead guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography, federal prosecutors announced Thursday.
