U.S. District Judge Philip R. Martinez<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A federal judge sentenced\u00a030-year-old Timothy Keith McCullouch<\/strong>, Jr<\/strong>., a former El Paso County Juvenile Probation Officer, who is also a Folk Nation\/Gangster Disciples member, to 18 years in federal prison for federal sex trafficking violations<\/p>\n

In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Judge Philip R. Martinez<\/strong> ordered that McCullouch pay a $2,500 fine and be placed on supervised release for a period of ten years after completing his prison term.<\/p>\n

On January 16, 2015, officials said jurors found\u00a0McCullouch<\/strong>\u00a0and three other gang members\u201425-year-old Richard Gray<\/strong>, 26-year-old Deion Lockhart<\/strong> and 24-year-old Emmanual Lockhart<\/strong>\u2014guilty of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of persons.<\/p>\n

Testimony during trial revealed that between May 2012 and March 2013, the defendants were involved in the forced prostitution of juveniles and adults by the Folk Nation\/Gangster Disciples street gang.<\/p>\n

The defendants used a combination of force, fraud, and coercion to compel their victims to engage in sexual activities for money in El Paso; Killeen, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Las Vegas, NV; and, in Colorado.<\/p>\n

On June 26, 2015, Judge Martinez sentenced Emmanual Lockhart to 20 years\u2019 imprisonment, Deion Lockhart to 25 years\u2019 imprisonment, and Richard Gray to life imprisonment for their roles in the sex trafficking scheme.<\/p>\n
