Spain has the most restaurants in the top 10 which is 3, including one in number 1 spot – El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain. \u00a0Spain also has three restaurants ranked in the top 10 including two that are located in the city of San Sebastian, according to The World’s Top 50 Restaurants, sponsored by S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna<\/p>\n
