Nobody knows anything, nobody saw anything,\u201d he said. \u201cI have two girls, my two daughters, younger\u2026 and we don\u2019t go out of the house because I don\u2019t feel that it\u2019s safe.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Other neighbors, like Armstead, believe the city needs more services for young people, more mentors.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These kids don\u2019t have anything to do\u2026 they\u2019ve gotten rid of everything, so what else is there to do but get in trouble?\u201d Armstead said.<\/p>\n<p>As for the two teen suspects, the passenger was caught.
