After two years in the No.2 spot, Massimo Bottura\u2019s tranquil restaurant in a Modena back street rightly steps up to take the global crown, reflecting the chef\u2019s ongoing creativity, immense skill, undimmed passion and fierce determination to defy the odds, World’s 50 Best states.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the restaurants on the top 10 restaurant list is in the United States, and three are in Spain.<\/p>\n
