FORT WORTH, TEXAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

A criminal complaint, unsealed today in federal court, named eight members of the Polywood Crips street gang in Fort Worth, officials said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"criminal_justice_jurisprudenceTwo remain fugitives, and last week, six were arrested by federal agents and the Fort Worth Police Department, according to officials.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the course of the arrests, among other items, law enforcement seized numerous cell phones, a computer, a tablet and a stolen firearm.<\/span><\/p>\n

The following individuals made initial appearances before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L. Cureton on Friday, July 22, 2016.\u00a0 Judge Cureton ordered each detained pending detention hearings this week, according to authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those charged and in custody include:\u00a0Diwone Nobles, a\/k\/a \u201cPooh,\u201d 31;\u00a0Stanley Johnson, a\/k\/a \u201cPee Wee,\u201d 24;\u00a0Audrey Lane, a\/k\/a \u201cSpud,\u201d 29;\u00a0Alvin Lane, a\/k\/a \u201cSpank,\u201d 32;\u00a0Jessica Arnold, 23 and Serrah Arnold, a\/k\/a \u201cKristen,\u201d 27<\/span><\/p>\n

Chad Johnson, a\/k\/a \u201cChad Ocho Hood Fame,\u201d 24, and Deon Bonner, a\/k\/a \u201cSpanish Fly,\u201d 25, were also charged, and they are currently fugitives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The complaint alleges that from approximately October 2013 to April 21, 2016, these eight defendants committed the offenses of sex trafficking of children; sex trafficking of adults through force, fraud, or coercion; and\/or conspiracy to engage in child sex trafficking, according to officials.<\/span><\/p>\n

The men listed are pimps, and the females listed are \u201cbottom girls.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the affidavit filed with the complaint, minor victim girls under age 18 and adult victim girls engaged in commercial sex acts at the direction of Nobles, Bonner, and Chad Johnson and they were \u201csold\u201d back and forth between all six pimps.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nobles, Chad Johnson, Stanley Johnson and Bonner would pay Alvin Lane, Jessica Arnold and Serrah Arnold to post commercial sex advertisements for various victims on Backpage.com, including the minors.<\/span><\/p>\n

A 16-year-old victim was told by Nobles, Bonner and Chad Johnson to charge $120 for a half hour and $180 for a full hour of commercial sex acts, and the three kept all of the money she received, according to officials.<\/span><\/p>\n

The victim feared Nobles and Chad Johnson because she had observed both become violent when angry and had observed Chad Johnson assault another female on several occasions when the female did not follow his instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nobles and Chad Johnson assaulted this victim, and Chad Johnson sexually assaulted her as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another 17-year-old victim engaged in sex acts at the direction of Stanley Johnson, who would post advertisements with her photo on Backpage.com.\u00a0 All of the money she earned was given to Stanley Johnson.<\/span><\/p>\n

An adult female victim engaged in sex at the direction of Nobles, Chad Johnson, Audrey Lane, Alvin Lane and Serrah Arnold.\u00a0 These pimps bought and sold her amongst themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nobles frequently assaulted her when she made him angry or did not follow his instructions; he also raped her.\u00a0 Nobles kept the money she earned and the contact phone number used in the Backpage.com ad for her services was used by Nobles.<\/span><\/p>\n

In one trip to Austin, Texas, the adult female victim made enough money for Nobles to buy a Chevy sedan that he painted bright orange \u2013 \u201cPoly Orange\u201d in reference to their neighborhood Polytechnic Heights \u2013 that he still owns.<\/span><\/p>\n

When that same adult female victim engaged in sex at Chad Johnson\u2019s direction, he physically assaulted her if she did not follow his instructions, according to authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

On one occasion, Chad Johnson punched her in the ear hard enough to cause her eardrum to burst and bleed.\u00a0 Chad Johnson also raped her, and when he believed she had attempted to \u201crenegade,\u201d he had several friends gang rape her as punishment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cRenegade\u201d is a term used to describe attempting to engage in sex for money outside the knowledge or control of a pimp.<\/span><\/p>\n

When this adult female victim engaged in commercial sex acts at Audrey Lane\u2019s direction, he would have Serrah Arnold, his bottom girl, supervise the victim and take the money she received.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes Serrah Arnold was violent toward this adult female victim and would physically assault her if she did not do as she was instructed.<\/span><\/p>\n

An additional 17-year-old female victim engaged in sex \u00a0at the direction of Audrey Lane, Alvin Lane, Serrah Arnold and Jessica Arnold.\u00a0 Alvin Lane would have his girlfriend\/bottom girl, Jessica Arnold, post photos of her in ads that she placed on Backpage.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

The minor female victim would give all the money she earned to Jessica or Serrah Arnold, who would then give the money to Audrey Lane or Alvin Lane.<\/span><\/p>\n

Some of the six pimp\u2019s Facebook pages contained online posts, visible to the public, that reference making a lot of money through criminal activity, namely \u201cpimping.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Chad Johnson\u2019s Facebook page contains photos of him posing with large sums of cash while referencing commercial sex.<\/span><\/p>\n

Several of Chad Johnson\u2019s Facebook friends are females observed in Backpage.com ads for commercial sex.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nobles, Bonner, Chad Johnson, Stanley Johnson and Audrey Lane have several photos on their Facebook pages in which they can be observed flashing gang signs referencing the \u201cPolywood Crips\u201d street gang.<\/span><\/p>\n

If convicted, the defendants are facing up to life in prison. The defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty, according to officials.<\/span><\/p>\n
