Third St near Philadelphia St. When officers called for medics they say the man pulled out a firearm and became aggressive.<\/p>\n<p>Dayton Police say two officers fired five shots at the man, striking him once in the arm. The bullet that hit the man\u2019s arm traveled to his torso.
