The incident occurred on the southwest side of town. Police said this was a case of road rage.<\/p>\n<p>Acen King, who was riding in the back seat of his grandmother&#8217;s car, died in the shooting. Kim King-Macon told us this week that she had looked into the back seat to see if Acen and his younger brother were okay before she drove on to a shopping center several miles away, only to discover Acen had been hit by the gunfire.<\/p>\n<p>Also during Thursday&#8217;s court hearing, a date was set for a mental evaluation.
