The Church was completely destroyed as a result of the fire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Rucker is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If convicted of the felonies, up to 30 years in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IDAHO Shane Rucker, 33, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, was arrested Friday in Bonners Ferry on a two-count federal indictment in federal court for burning down a church.
