Why did he just pluck former Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson to be secretary of <\/span>state.<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Tillerson was awarded a Russian medal for his work in Russia&#8217;s oil fields by Putin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tillerson who has figured out that the best policy at the Trump administration short of dodging questions is to keep the mouth shut so as not to commit perjury<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> oneself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Who knows what deals Trump privately cut with China through his surrogates and bagmen to get special treatment to put up his signs and get recent approval on his trademarks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This is nothing new with Trump.
