Gen. Xavier Becerra said he decided to file a separate suit because the state and its economy will be especially harmed by the president&#8217;s action because it is home to a quarter of the 800,000 people in the DACA program, according to the Los Angeles Times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Becerra\u2019s lawsuit says the DACA program approved by former President Obama is legal and that its repeal violates due process rights and will hurt the state\u2019s economy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The lawsuit was criticized Monday by Robin Hvidston, who heads a California group seeking tougher enforcement of immigration laws.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cIt\u2019s misguided and premature and a misuse of tax dollars,\u201d said Hvidston, executive director of the Claremont-based group We the People Rising.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">She noted that President Trump delayed repeal of the program for six months to give Congress a chance to address the issue and that several Republican-led states have sued to end the DACA program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Apparently, Hvidston wants DACA immigrants to believe Trump who lies as easily as he breaths and can&#8217;t be trusted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Meanwhile, don&#8217;t be surprised if Trump&#8217;s shoe shine boy at DOJ, Jeff Sessions, will use the information that these kids provided to federal authorities under DACA to track them down.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lX_XOnesuvI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(<strong>ACLU VIDEO ON IMMIGRATION RIGHTS<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It is not beyond this scourge called Trump, his poodle Mike Pence and shoeshine boy Sessions to send jackbooted thugs to bust down doors and arrest people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I strongly suggest that these DACA immigrants hire attorneys.
