“Hundreds of activists gathered on Capitol Hill on Monday morning in protest of Republicans\u2019 latest beleaguered attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act, with many saying they\u2019re prepared to be arrested,” according to Huffington Post.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Shortly after the hearing began, some protesters in wheelchairs were physically removed from the hearing room by police officers as protesters continued to chant \u201cNo cuts to Medicaid!\u201d the website reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The images of handicapped protestors being arrested will light up the American landscape in 2018 campaign ads against those Republicans who voted to take health care away from the nation’s most vulnerable citizens to appease billionaires.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trumpcare is like offering a cancer patient a bandaid and an aspirin. It is a sad, cynical and cruel joke.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0KALVIN’S 100 CLUB MEMBER<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I finally reached my goal on Saturday of attending 100 training sessions since enrolling mid-January in Kalvin Henry’s classes.<\/span>
\nI only missed four of the aerobic-lightweight, training sessions, which are held three days a week. The trainer Kalvin’s classes are brutal, full of pep talks and mentally addictive because they are challenging.<\/span>
\nImmediately after the classes, I get on the row machine crank up the dial to maximum tension and do 1,200 strokes within 35 minutes or less.<\/span>
\nI calculated that I have more than 120,000 strokes and more than 50 hours since mid-January.<\/span>
\nI am very proud of my work because I was going to quit going to Kalvin’s classes after the second week.<\/span>
\nKalvin’s setting up a website. As soon as he does, I will post it.<\/span><\/p>\n
