POLICE RAIDED HOME OF JOURNALIST<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A San Franciso reporter refused to tell police the identity of a source.\u00a0 So cops raided his home with a small army of deputized thugs with a sledgehammer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An editorial piece in the Washington Post stated<\/a>:\u00a0 “This assault on the media did not occur, as one might assume, in some autocratic or Third World country where there are no First Amendment protections, but in San Francisco, a most liberal city in a most liberal state. <\/span><\/p>\n

And as troubling as these events are, what is even more confounding is the refusal by authorities to acknowledge they did anything wrong; instead, they sought to blame the reporter and criminalize legitimate newsgathering.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Entering a person’s household with a sledgehammer used by deputized thugs to get in and execute a search warrant and seize a computer and papers is simply an intimidation and harassment tactic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most search warrants can be done with a simple knock on the door because the people who live in these residences aren’t violent and pose no threat to anyone. They will take the warrant and not get in the way as cops search their homes.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is SFPD thuggery is an attack on the United States Constitution’s First Amendment and should concern journalists throughout the country.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The editorial notes that this happened in super-liberal San Francisco.
\nNo surprise, USA Today story about California changing its liberal cop shooting policy was published last week: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“California has the highest percentage of police shootings per 100,000 people among states with more than 8 million residents, said Seth Stoughton, a former police officer who is a law professor at the University of South Carolina and an expert on deadly force rules. ‘The states are all over the map in the way they regulate deadly force, with some being very permissive, and that\u2019s where California is right now,” said Stoughton, noting that the Western state shares that reputation with Georgia, Texas and Florida. Among large states, New York has the fewest officer-related shooting deaths.'”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mueller’s Prized Porker<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Why is Robert Mueller still at the DOJ? <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The investigation has completed and to say Mueller left a few loose threads hanging would be an understatement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If Mueller was a true patriot, he would have used his best, downtown legalese wording to point to the obvious: Donald Trump is a shameless weasel, who, no doubt, would have thrown Mueller in front of a runaway freight train if it would have stopped Mueller’s investigation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, cooler Bobblehead Dolls, including Sessions and Mcgahn, prevailed and decided against Trump’s caper was borderline mobster.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, Mueller, who was nearly recommended for sainthood by Democrats and liberals before he completed his investigation, is camped out in some cushy office at the DOJ.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The question is why?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Followed by a second question: How long will it take before he is mesmerized by Trump, and Mueller orders subdued shades of lipstick and pastels be put on his heavily-redacted, 400-page, prize porker?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Well, just cause.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mueller’s investigation noted, in example after example, that the evidence and details of\u00a0 Russian-Collision involving Trump’s cast of cartoon characters, including Junior and son-in-law Kushner, were very thick and very, very ugly, heavily implicating Don Corleone Trump.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mueller, so far, has managed to tap dance around the question of what he recommends that the Congress do with the barnyard animal, aka Individual One, currently residing at 1600 Pennsylvania. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mueller is afraid to go in front of a congressional hearing to tell the American people whether a federal grand jury would indict Trump based on the mountain of evidence in Mueller’s report?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Trump is busy trashing the U.S. Constitution and making a mockery of the rule of law.\u00a0<\/span>
\nAnd, Nancy Pelosi and the Dems are out to lunch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PREVIEWS OF TRUMP’S WAR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Donald Trump is a cunning master manipulator who understands theatrics along with knowing when to stroke fear and spread false patriotism, paranoia, and lies. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is all primitive and relies on animal instincts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump provoked Iran by withdrawing from the nuclear treaty even though other nations, including Britain, France, China, and Russia, have supported the agreement. <\/span><\/p>\n

Iran is a theocracy with a Taliban-like government composed of religious goat-herders calling the shots. By invoking God into almost any argument, they believe they can destroy the world and its infidels in the name of Alla. <\/span><\/p>\n

Right now, Trump needs to beat the war drums and feed false bravado to his base of MAGA morons who, for the most part, couldn’t find Iran on a map if their lives depended on it. <\/span><\/p>\n

So, Trump pulled out of the Iranian agreement until as Pompeo says, Iran “returns to normal” and stops supporting terrorist groups. This is severely crippling the Iranian economy. Iran is threatening to resume its nuclear program.<\/span><\/p>\n

Understandably, there is no way Israel will allow nukes in that area. <\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the U.S. is arming Israel and allowed that nation to keep Gaza. <\/span><\/p>\n

This month, Trump’s pal, “Bibi” Netanyahu ordered continued pounding in Gaza as 600 rockets were fired into Israel. <\/span><\/p>\n

Iran is shooting at commercial ships. <\/span><\/p>\n

Trump’s War Lord Bolton is itching for war since Venezuela didn’t pan out.<\/span><\/p>\n

What could go wrong? <\/span><\/p>\n

A lot of American blood is going to be spilled because Trump desperately and conveniently needs a war.<\/span><\/p>\n

Giuliani’s Trip to Help Putin’s Pal<\/span><\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0According to the New York Times,\u00a0 editorial piece:\u00a0 “Rudolph W. Giuliani, President Trump\u2019s personal lawyer, is encouraging Ukraine to wade further into sensitive political issues in the United States, seeking to push the incoming government in Kiev to press ahead with investigations that he hopes will benefit Mr. Trump.’<\/span><\/p>\n

I doubt that.\u00a0 Putin wants Trump to win another election so Russia can start meddling throughout the world at a faster pace.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guilini is probably going to give the Ukrainian government a heads up that Russian tanks will soon start to converge on the border (as planned), and Trump will be the only person who can save them.<\/span>
\nPutin has the script. There was a recent meeting with the Russian thug and Trump. Trump said they talked for more than an hour.\u00a0<\/span>
\nPutin has intervened in Venezuela so threatening an invasion of Ukraine could be in the Trump playbook to help him at the\u00a0polls and get him reelected.
\nTrump is not beyond doing this and so he sends Giuliani as his emissary with a “secret” communique that the Russians’ are eyeing Ukraine. But rest assured, Trump will be there to help and support Ukraine.
\nThis will deflect attention to Trump’s growing problems with the democratic congress.
\nSound crazy?
\nThe U.S. has already seized a Korean commercial ship, and Bolton was drawing up plans to send troops to South America because of what is occurring in Venezuela. There has been saber-rattling against Iran, and China is upset because of the tariffs. China will increase support for North Korea as hot spots and world tension increase.
\nTrump needs a war. So he turned to his stooge, Giuliani, and his Warlord Bolton loose to find a country to invade or create a conflict to deflect attention from his problems with the Democrats.
\nThe Lunatic-in-Chief has the nuclear launch codes in his pocket and a cult following of millions.
\nNational security is in deep peril.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants.”<\/em> \u2014 Louis D. Brandeis<\/span><\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/a>Amid the newspaper reporting on this constitutional matter, the question that remains is what is going to happen to Trump’s properties if they are under asset forfeiture laws as a result of convictions or civil penalties? Civil forfeiture does not require a criminal conviction. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is a legal tool that allows law enforcement to seize property that is involved in a crime. <\/span><\/p>\n

Trump’s close ties to the Russians could lead to money laundering indictments, and this could mean unpaid IRS taxes on illegally obtained cash. <\/span><\/p>\n

Also, the Trumps have a long history of dodging taxes that goes back to Trump’s father, Fred. Trump knows that loans by American banks, especially now that his poor business decisions and reckless practices have come to light through the NYT’s reporting, have all but dried up. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Russians are aware that any money they give to Trump disguised as loans will draw attention from the FBI. <\/span><\/p>\n

Trump is terrified that his financial empire is slowly imploding. <\/span><\/p>\n

Exposing every piece of Trump’s financial records and documents methodically and steadily along with other evidence will gradually chip away at this lies and cons that he has perpetrated on the American people. <\/span><\/p>\n

It will be the drip, drip that’ll keep Donald Trump and his lawyers up at night wondering what pipe is about to burst and how they can write another incredible script and whether a different duct-tape solution will work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
