The U.S. already has a small guest worker program that is inadequate.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Qualified workers can work in the U.S. and be allowed to leave the country to go back home and return every year.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Here is a suggestion: Those people seeking asylum along with other immigrants who have been screened can be allowed to participate in the Guest Worker program.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Part of their wages can be used to pay for the program and their employers can also contribute to a fund that will pay for transportation, medical costs, housing and a private pension fund that will be given to workers when they retire.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Funds from foreign aid to certain foreign counties are used to pay for the program.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Workers can be protected from exploitation. And, they will be allowed to chose from three regions in the U.S. where they prefer to work.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A few months later, they will go back to their countries after making money used to support their families and countries&#8217; economies.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Employers can recruit individual workers. Mueller III, the former special counsel, agreed to testify in public before Congress next month about his investigation into Russia\u2019s election interference and possible obstruction of justice by President Trump.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"css-exrw3m evys1bk0\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Coming nearly three months after the\u00a0<a class=\"css-1g7m0tk\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2019\/04\/18\/us\/politics\/mueller-report-russian-interference-donald-trump.html?module=inline\">release of Mr. Mueller\u2019s report<\/a>, two back-to-back hearings on July 17 before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees promise to be among the most closely watched spectacles ofTrump\u2019s presidency, according to the NYT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mueller should have been subpoenaed weeks ago. Russia is trying to destroy our democracy, and they favor their Manchurian Candidate, Trump. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It&#8217;s no secret that trump is desperately trying to keep the dam from breaking and unleashing a flood of information that will crumble his financial and criminal empire. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When cornered, what does Trump tend to do?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Make threats, cage children, impose tariffs or look for wars. He believes will take the heat off of all the investigations against the Trump Crime Family. Also, there are civil lawsuits, including those for sexual abuse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">There is no reason why the American people shouldn&#8217;t hear Mueller testify. The taxpayers paid his salary and should get all the facts and details in plain English.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The American people should keep in mind that Mueller and the current Attorney General Barr are pals from their Republican days at the DOJ. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">So, no one should expect Mueller to interpret try and tap dance around the questions he is asked and not make any strong statements against Barr&#8217;s distortions and lies to protect Trump. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">America is in perilous times. Trump is looking for a war.\u00a0 He is a nefarious, egotistical and mentally unstable con man who would ignite a war with Iran in that region and shutdown world economies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Worse, Trump has no qualms about sacrificing other people&#8217;s kids in a war or creating millions of more refugees to save his own politically cornered keister.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Meanwhile, Pelosi is taking a political approach to impeaching Trump.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t expect help from the Republican Party only excuses and explanations about why Trump is ignorant and impulsive.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"css-1vkm6nb ehdk2mb0\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"balancedHeadline\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">NYT Editorial:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2019\/06\/21\/opinion\/donald-trump-iran.html?action=click&amp;module=Opinion&amp;pgtype=Homepage\">Restraint and Patience \u2026 and Donald Trump<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Given a clearly flawed decision-making process, President Trump was right to buy himself time on Iran.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/three-arrested-pulling-gun-trump-supporter\/trump-make-america-great-again\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21181\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-21181 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Trump-Make-America-Great-Again-237x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"237\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Trump is not an Egyptian enigma where hieroglyphics is deciphered to find clues that determine the thinking of ancient people.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Trump is dolt who relies upon impulse and ignorance rather than facts, reason, and critical thinking to make decisions.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The NYT\u2019s analysis assumes that he can make coherent sentences from the English language. And, that his attention span allows him to read the entire Editorial without being distracted by a shiny object or two.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">NYT states: \u201cMr. Trump said he was \u201cin no hurry\u201d to retaliate. Such patience is wise. Perhaps he can use the additional time to sort out what is a chaotic decision-making process.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Chaotic is the right word. Nope.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Gradually, jurors started to look like the population of the county after the story was published.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">There were more than a dozen judges on the bench in Ventura County in 2005, predominately white men. Two or three minorities. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The population of Ventura County is about 850,000 people, about 14 percent are Hispanic.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Most recently, there have been improvements on the Ventura County bench.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, here are 2016 facts in California:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Blacks: (6.6 percent in 2015 compared to 4.4 percent in 2006);<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hispanic: (9.9 percent in 2015 compared to 6.3 percent in 2006 according to the Judicial Branch of the California Courts report in 2016.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
