The addresses the defendants gave primarily were at locations in Riverside County, but also in Los Angeles and San Diego counties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3476747152MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Patel admitted he used tracking numbers to monitor the victims\u2019 parcels, and communicated with couriers \u2013 Elmer Miranda Barrios, 36, a.k.a. \u201cWelbin Raul Mejia\u201d and \u201cJoe Rodriguez,\u201d and William Margarito Barrios, 36, Elmer Barrios\u2019s cousin, both of Lake Elsinore \u2013 who used fraudulent identification documents matching the names listed on the parcels as addresses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3476747152MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Patel also admitted to receiving or intending to receive 18 packages sent by victims.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3476747152MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 William Barrios pleaded guilty on January 4 to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and was sentenced on Monday and was given a time-served sentence of five months in federal prison. He was ordered released to immigration authorities for deportation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3476747152MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Elmer Barrios is
