{"id":42596,"date":"2021-04-29T16:44:56","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T23:44:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/?p=42596"},"modified":"2021-04-29T16:45:28","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T23:45:28","slug":"five-charged-for-allegedly-attempting-to-murder-lady-gagas-dog-walker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/?p=42596","title":{"rendered":"Five Charged for Allegedly Attempting to Murder Lady GaGa&#8217;s Dog Walker"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Los Angeles County<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Five defendants were charged today for their alleged roles in the shooting of singer Lady Ga Ga&#8217;s dog walker in February, according to officials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u201cThis was a brazen street crime that left a man seriously wounded,\u201d District Attorney George Gasc\u00f3n said. \u201cWe have alleged very serious charges in this case and have faith that justice will be appropriately served as this case unfolds in court.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">James Howard Jackson,\u00a0 18, Jaylin Keyshawn White, 19, and Lafayette Shon Whaley, 25, were charged with one count each of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and second-degree robbery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Jackson also faces one count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and a felon carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle. White faces one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/video\/embed?id=76178082\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Harold White, 39, and Jennifer McBride, 46. were charged with one count each of accessory after the fact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The elder White also was charged with one count of possession of a firearm and McBride faces one count of receiving stolen property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">On February 24, a man was walking three French bulldogs, belonging to actress-singer Lady Gaga, when he was approached by Jackson, White and Whaley. The defendants struggled with the victim who was allegedly shot by Jackson. They are accused of grabbing two of the prized dogs and fleeing in a vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The dogs were later turned over unharmed to police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case remains under investigation by the Los
