Moran enticed a minor into a prolonged sexual relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Court documents indicate that the 39-year-old Moran, of Jacksonville, used text messages and gifts to entice the minor into an illegal relationship, which ended when the parents of the minor discovered it. Moran took cellphone videos of some of the sexual abuse.
