The FBI will continue to\u00a0focus on our mission of protecting these individuals and the important work they do, as well as every American\u2019s right to vote.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Stark is charged with one count of communicating interstate threats. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If convicted, he is facing up to five years in prison. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">According to the indictment, on Jan. 5, 2021, Stark allegedly posted a message to Craigslist entitled, \u201cGeorgia Patriots it\u2019s time to kill [Official A] the Chinese agent &#8211; $10,000.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The message stated:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">&#8216;Georgia Patriots it\u2019s time for us to take back our state from these Lawless treasonous traitors. It\u2019s time to invoke our Second Amendment right it\u2019s time to put a bullet in the treasonous Chinese [Official A]. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">&#8220;Then we work our way down to [Official B] the local and federal corrupt judges. It\u2019s our duty as American Patriots to put an end to the lives of these traitors and take back our country by force we can no longer wait on the corrupt law enforcement in the corrupt courts,&#8221; it states.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">&#8220;If we want our country back we have to exterminate these people.
