The assaults occurred in the parking lot of the Brickhouse Saloon, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_48945\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-48945\" style=\"width: 244px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-48945 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/download-12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"206\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-48945\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Brickhouse Saloon<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If convicted, Killian and Johnson each face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case was investigated by the Oklahoma City FBI Field Office. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Assistant U.S. Attorney Julia Barry of the Western District of Oklahoma and Trial Attorney Avner Shapiro of the Civil Rights Division are prosecuting the case.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Justice Department announced Tuesday that a federal grand jury in Oklahoma returned a two-count indictment charging two men with committing hate crimes.
