The subject also served 30 months of incarceration for being unlawfully present in the U.S after deportation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">MCS agents apprehended four migrants near La Joya on April 4.\u00a0 One migrant, a Honduran citizen, was identified as an 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Street gang member.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Later that morning, MCS agents apprehended three migrants and identified another 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Street gang member within the group.\u00a0 The migrant is a citizen of El Salvador.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-33057 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/MS13-Gang-300x156.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"156\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/MS13-Gang-300x156.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/MS13-Gang-768x399.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/MS13-Gang-1024x532.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/MS13-Gang.jpg 1250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Also on April 4, MCS agents encountered a group of 22 migrants. One migrant, a Honduran citizen, was identified as a Mara-Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang member with an extensive criminal history including murder, attempted murder, driving under the influence, and disorderly conduct.<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">On April 5, MCS agents apprehended five subjects near Mission. During processing, record checks on a Salvadoran national revealed he was convicted of indecency with a child in 2019 and sentenced to two years of incarceration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Brownsville Border Patrol Station agents apprehended six subjects near Brownsville on April 7. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Record checks revealed a Mexican national among the group was arrested in 2010 by the FBI in Houston for kidnapping an adult for ransom.\u00a0 He was convicted and sentenced to 11 years and three months of confinement and subsequently removed from the U.S.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
