They must be held accountable and their victims given the trauma-informed services they will need to become survivors.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s03MqOkRIQQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Jairo Mart\u00ednez, 37, faces one felony count each of murder and hit-and-run driving resulting in the death of another person. He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of driving when the privilege was suspended or revoked for a DUI conviction after a prior offense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Martinez allegedly struck the 77-year-old victim as he drove in Griffith Park on April 16 and then attempted to flee the scene but was captured soon after.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police
