{"id":49607,"date":"2022-04-27T17:42:13","date_gmt":"2022-04-28T00:42:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/?p=49607"},"modified":"2022-04-27T17:49:56","modified_gmt":"2022-04-28T00:49:56","slug":"michigan-man-charged-with-hate-crimes-for-trying-to-intimidate-protestors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/?p=49607","title":{"rendered":"Michigan Man Charged with Hate Crimes for Trying to Intimidate Protestors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"node-title\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The Justice Department announced that Kenneth Pilon, 61, has been charged in federal district court with willfully intimidating and attempting to intimidate citizens from engaging in lawful speech and protests in support of Black Lives Matter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48994 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/download-21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" \/> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">According to the filed information, Pilon called nine Starbucks stores in Michigan and told the employees answering his calls to tell Starbucks employees wearing Black Lives Matter T-shirts that \u201cthe only good n***er is a dead n***er.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-pr-body field--type-text-long field--label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field__items\">\n<div class=\"field__item even\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Pilon told one employee, \u201cI\u2019m gonna go out and lynch me a n***er.\u201d Over the course of the next month, Pilon left four nooses in parking lots and a fifth noose inside of a 7-Eleven store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Pilon attached each noose to a handwritten note, reading: \u201cAn accessory to be worn with your \u2018BLM\u2019 t-shirt.
