Troester for the Western District of Oklahoma. \u201cHate-fueled criminal conduct is morally reprehensible and can never be acceptable in a civilized society. We will continue to use every tool at our disposal to combat all hate crimes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4817 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Justice-Scales-300x102.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"102\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Justice-Scales-300x102.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Justice-Scales.jpg 675w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">\u201cViolent acts of hate and racism have no place in our community and will not be tolerated,\u201d said Special Agent in Charge Edward J. Gray of the FBI Oklahoma City Field Division.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">At sentencing, each defendant faces up to 10 years in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Both defendants will also be ordered to pay restitution to the victim of their crime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Assistant Attorney General Clarke, U.S. Attorney Troester, and Special Agent in Charge Gray made the announcement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">The FBI Oklahoma City Field Office investigated the case. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Assistant U.S. Attorney Julia Barry for the Western District Oklahoma and Trial Attorney Avner Shapiro of the Civil Rights Division\u2019s Criminal Section are prosecuting the
