Additionally, the aggravated identity theft charges carry a mandatory two-year consecutive sentence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv2045460869MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">The United States Secret Service; the United States Department of Labor\u2019s Office of Inspector General; the California Employment Development Department, Investigation Division; the Orange County District Attorney\u2019s Office, Bureau of Investigation; and the Santa Ana Police Department investigated Pham<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv2045460869MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel S.
