She faces up to 20 years in prison on each count.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0A sentencing date has not yet been set.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">The DEA, FBI,\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Health and Human Service Office of the Inspector General, the Ohio Attorney General\u2019s Office, and the Ohio Board of Pharmacy investigated the case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Trial Attorneys Christopher Jason and Maryam Adeyola of the Criminal Division\u2019s Fraud Section are prosecuting the case.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OHIO A federal jury convicted a doctor formerly licensed in Ohio today for illegally prescribing controlled substance pills in violation of the Controlled Substances Act.
