An election this fall will determine whether the crucial U.S. ally remains democratic or slides into autocracy, risking instability and more chaos in Europe.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n

The Democratic messaging is weak, and sometimes on life support \u2014 lacking facts and passion but long-winded with plenty of “taste great\/less filling” arguments.<\/span><\/p>\n

In short, pathetic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, fixing roller-coaster economies, getting cheap gas, and lowering rents are important issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the message should be about survival \u2014 freedom. Those that have it, and those despots, global gangsters, and dictators who want to snatch it from them and enslave their souls.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chinese gangster Xi Jinping wants to conquer Taiwan. The free world allowed him to enslave human beings. Hong Kong set up totalitarianism.<\/span><\/p>\n

The former KGB gangster and Trump’s pal, Putin, is inflicting a lot of death, pain, and suffering on the people of Ukraine. He is looking beyond Ukraine to expand his Evil Empire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump, who remains the Republican standard bearer, called Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine “genius.” Trump wanted to weaken NATO.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump must have a Republican satellite office because Kevin McCarthy makes trips there, and I am sure he keeps in touch with Trump.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, some in the Republican Party have been mulling over the issue of whether the U.S. should continue funding Ukraine’s efforts to beat back fascism.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is while the rest of NATO sends tanks and other equipment to defend themselves from the Russian invaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stop the grandstanding and political gasbagging, Democrats. It’s about Freedom \u2014 look no further than Brazil. It just had its version of Trump, Bolsonaro, and its own Jan. 6th.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
