McFadden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ibWJO02nNsY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"field__item even\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 According to the government\u2019s evidence, Bauer was among rioters in a mob that illegally entered the Capitol grounds and Capitol Building on Jan. 6, 2021. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-51214 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/42280-291x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"291\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/42280-291x300.jpg 291w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/42280-994x1024.jpg 994w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/42280-768x791.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/42280.jpg 1242w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 291px) 100vw, 291px\" \/>At about 2:57 p.m., one of the body-camera videos recorded another individual saying words to the effect of \u201cThis is where we find Nancy Pelosi.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Bauer was standing approximately 30 feet from the House Speaker\u2019s office when she was recorded saying the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"> \u201cBring that fucking bitch out here now.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Bring her out. Bring her out here. We\u2019re coming in if you don\u2019t bring her out here.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"> When an MPD officer tried to push Bauer away from the area he was protecting, she engaged in a confrontation, screaming expletives at the officer, saying \u201cYou back up. Don\u2019t even try.\u201d and pushing the officer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/90O-q7dgS-I\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">A short time later, Bauer was physically removed from the Rotunda by MPD officers in riot gear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Bauer was arrested on May 19, 2021, in Pennsylvania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 1, 2023. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">The felony obstruction charge carries a statutory maximum of 20 years in prison and potential financial penalties. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">The misdemeanor offenses carry a combined statutory maximum of three years of incarceration and potential financial penalties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The FBI\u2019s Pittsburgh Field Office investigated the case. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In the 24 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 950 individuals have been arrested in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including over 284 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement.
