As the victim\u2019s \u201cpimp,\u201d Bradford expected the girl to earn him $1,000 per night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-39979 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/judge-gavel-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" \/>Bradford and Valdivia advertised the girl for commercial sex work on various websites. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">Customers who responded to the ads were directed to various hotels and motels where they engaged in commercial sex acts with the victim. Sometimes the minor victim would be required to perform sex acts with Valdivia and a sex client together. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">Customers paid Bradford for \u201cdates\u201d with the victim or she would be required to give Bradford or Valdivia her earnings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-595 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/FBI-IMAGE-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"FBI Photo\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/FBI-IMAGE-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/FBI-IMAGE-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/FBI-IMAGE-1024x1021.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Bradford assaulted the minor victim when she tried to stop working for him on two separate occasions. Bradford also filmed himself engaging in sex acts on two separate occasions with her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">From March 2021 to November 2021, Bradford recruited and enticed two other girls \u2013 ages 16 and 17 \u2013 to engage in commercial sex activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">From May 2021 to August 2022, Bradford also recruited and sex trafficked an adult victim through threats of force, fraud or coercion, including multiple instances of violence.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">Bradford and Valdivia have been in federal custody since August 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">U.S. District Judge John A. Kronstadt scheduled an August 17 sentencing hearing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">Bradford faces up to life in federal prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv8548304081MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: helvetica;\">Valdivia pleaded guilty in December 2022 to one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a minor and one count of sex trafficking of a minor. Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 4.
