My heart goes out to the victims and their families who are dealing this tragedy. My office will hold Mr. Jackson accountable for his brutal actions.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Jamal Jackson, 24,\u00a0 was charged with one count of murder, four counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He also faces special allegations of personally using a handgun and personally inflicting great bodily injury, officials state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0He is being held on no bail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">On April 15, Jackson is accused of killing Juan Lopez-Suarez and injuring several others outside of a building in the 1900 block of Parthenia Street.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Jackson was allegedly seen on video surveillance cameras painting graffiti on the building hours before the shooting. The group was gathered near this graffiti when Jackson allegedly began firing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case was investigated
