We must be relentless in holding individuals like Mr. Jones accountable for their misconduct while ensuring that survivors are heard, believed, and supported.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u201cMr. Jones crossed a line and abused his position of public trust by asking a witness to lie and delete evidence in a criminal investigation,\u201d said Special Agent in Charge Mike Nordwall of the FBI Pittsburgh Field Office. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">The FBI Pittsburgh Field Office investigated the case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Special Litigation Counsel Kathryn E. Gilbert and Trial Attorney Daniel E. Grunert of the Civil Rights Division\u2019s Criminal Section and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Monica Coleman and Nowles Heinrich for the Southern District of West Virginia prosecuted the
