Wiedo\u2019s guilty plea carries a maximum fine of $100,000. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">As part of the plea agreement, if the court accepts it, Wiedo will forfeit his Kentucky law enforcement certification and agree not to seek any future law enforcement employment, according to officials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">The FBI Louisville Field Office and the Louisville Metro Police Department\u2019s Public Integrity Unit investigated the case through the Louisville Public Corruption Civil Rights Task Force.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">Assistant U.S. Attorney Amanda E.
