Dunn captured the CSAM he coerced the victim to create and sent it to another individual via Telegram, court records indicate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Two cell phones seized from Dunn\u2019s home contained thousands of images and videos of CSAM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dunn pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The FBI Philadelphia Field Office investigated the case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Trial Attorney Kaylynn N. Foulon of the Criminal Division\u2019s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Kevin Jayne for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania prosecuted the case.<\/p>\n<p>This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-formatter--text-default field-text-format--wysiwyg text-formatted field_body\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Led by U.S. Attorneys\u2019 Offices and the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate better, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-formatter--text-default field-text-format--wysiwyg text-formatted field_body\" style=\"text-align: center;\">For more information about Project Safe Childhood, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/psc\">www.justice.gov\/psc<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pennsylvania man was sentenced Tuesday to 25 years in prison for manufacturing and attempting to manufacture child sexual abuse material (CSAM), according to officials.
